I had so much fun working with agency Creatably on these two spots for Homie. One is a mockumentary about a goth couple buying a house. The other follows the founder back to where he grew up. Both are docu-style. Great writing. Great people.
Homie Haunting
A docu-style mockumentary in the vein of Modern Family — following a goth couple who love haunted houses as they navigate buying a new home. The characters are fantastic, the performances are wonderful, and the script is so fun. One of my favorite long-form spots I've directed. BTW, there's a massive number of horror film references in there. Can you spot em all?
Homie Hustle
A scripted founder story — we went back to where Homie's founder grew up to tell the origin of the company. The kind of brand film that makes you trust a company instead of just remember their logo.
